I think it's a good thing that they're using their money, fame, power or whatever to do that. But I really wish they'd concentrate their efforts at home in the US or whatever country is their home.
There is plenty of poverty, aids & violence right here in the good ole USA that needs attention.'

i think very few people who are extra rich really help. if you would be a famous star getting 20 mio $ per film. you would donate some of your money to the people who are poor. i was really shocked to hear if you go to Africa just 5% of the money you spend goes to the local people.the travel agencies take all the rest.

Great!Even if they do it for selfish reasons I would not care as long as people start donating money for good causes.
