I'm studying first be-civil engg..Classes for learning foreign languages are going to start.So I need clarification for learning them.

YES, of coure Mr. if u learn any of the foreign languages, especially german or japanese.. it'll make u one step forward than others, especially in H.R.... so, don't waste your time... start learning now.. all the best... ferose3982@yahoo.co.uk

No, however this is for Penn State. I do reccomend taking two years (most schools require this to get in) or more since you might end up having to travel. More education can only help.
