No not always I have to wait until one of my songs come on then I have to find the right person to dance with which usually isn't very hard
And put in the fact that most of the time I'm an hour late to the party or whatever by then everyone has started dancing

No, too self-concious to be first on the dance floor. And I need to be in the partying mood in order to dance and have had several drinks first. Then at that point I really don't care. lol.
