When we get upset we usually take it out on the person we are closest to, this is what your obviously doing with your boyfriend. Take a week away from him, it might make you realise what life will be like without him. Vent your anger in other ways, buy a punchbag and kick the hell out of that or learn to laugh about things, anger never solved anyones problems. Good Luck
p.s. Buy your boyfriend a gift and let him know you still care x

Hi im like this also, the trick is to try and relax but its hard. I find taking a herbal suppliment called pasiflora helpful. I stress myself out also but you have to becareful as it can make you ill and it isnt worth it. You may need to go to the doctors for some help yo control your anger. But is it because of him why you are getting this way. I wasnt half as bad since i had been going out with my fiancee. But if you both love each other you will stick together. It could be a number of reasons. If you are on the pill these can cause moodswings and even depression. If you arent on the pill it could be PMS and maybe you will be better in the pill. Try taking Evening primrose oil and vitmin b6.

Try going into discussions with him with a more positive mind set. If at any moment you feel your going to burst out in anger, stop, and think about what exactly made you feel that way at that moment. If you feel it was something your boyfriend said then ask him to explain or rephrase the comment or question. The key to managing my anger is practice, patience, and a positive attitude. If you really feel you have a problem and your relationship with your boyfriend is a great concern then maybe you should seek professional counseling. I wish you the best of luck with your anger management. Have a good day.

Well first what makes you blow up the quickest? Identify those things that cause you to lose your cool and address the specific things one at a time. You'll probably realize that those things are just petty things and you it has been said: "don't sweat the petty things..." "and don't pet the sweaty things" If you'll remember that each time you wanna explode you'll do fine.

You are afraid of something--what is it? Sit down by yourself and think about this. When people lash out when they are upset---99% is because they are afraid of either losing something they already have or not getting something they want.
You have to figure it out. When you do, you'll stop getting angry and upset.

separate from him for a week or two, no communication... and see if it really is him or if it is you. If someone makes you that miserable, why bother? Life is too short and full of too many hotties to be stuck with one that is making you angry all the time.
