Awwww hun, you have to wait!!! Unless you go for a blood test!
Thats even more accurate anyway...Your chances are very good that you got pregnant, especially if you were ovulating - just before your ovulation. Remember that sperm can survive for 5 days hun! My guess is that its a girl!

It really depends on your body and how the birth control pills are working for you. If they are working properly your chances are close to 0 because birth control pills are supposed to stop you from ovulating.
You should wait until you are done with your pack of pills and see if you get your period. I guess you could do it a few days before, but that's not as accurate and since you'll be "disappointed" then you should wait.
If you really are "engaged" since you call him a finace, why don't you just wait to go off the pill until after you are married? Planning a wedding is stressful enough... dealing with a pregnancy during that time doesn't sound fun at all.
Enjoy one milestone at a time.
Edit: Sorry I misread the question.. I read "have been ON my birth control pill for a little over a month"

If your periods are regular and you are counting 14 days since your last period as ovulation you should also count three days before and three days after that point (giving you 1 full week) to estimate when you are the most fertile, however, in theory anything is possible at any point in your cycle. To answer the second part of your question hormone levels rise slowly so your best bet for an accurate reading on a pregnancy test is to wait the recommended time that the instructions provide.

Go spend the 10 bucks and get a (double pack) home test.
If it's negative, wait until the day after you're supposed to start your period and take another one. If you're that excited about it, why wait?
It's possible to get pregnant any time you have sex, whether it's protected or unprotected. You are most likely to get pregnant 10 to 16 days after the first day you start your period. That is when your egg is ready to be fertilized, but you can get pregnant at any time of the month.

u mean u had sex around 6 october? u can be pregnant. rather wait till u miss ur next period and then test. it's only a few more days, and there's no point in wasting ur money on tests too soon, as u may get a false negative (i.e. the result says that ur not pregnant, but u are)
tests that check ur hcg level (pregnancy hormone) are quite accurate. i had a blood test done to confirm my pregnancy (i kinda knew when my period was 3 days late)

if you had sex 2 days befor the big o then chances are as good as they get for pregnancy provided everything is good ect the chances of becoming pregnant are about 30% each month when everything is timed properly its actually not that easy to fall pregnant for most people good luck anyway oh yeah you can test up to 7 days b4 your missed period with the epts they all vary though or test the first day of missed period.

Yes you could be pregnant, there are tests out there that will let you test before you period. I know this might be hard but I would wait till you miss your period before you trying testing. Testing too early could lead to a false negative.

The only way to really know if you are pregnant is to wait 5 days before your period. Try doing a home pregnancy test then.
I hope it works out for you guys!

I would wait a few weeks before testing to to find out because you could come on your period. If you have no complications you could very well be pregnant. It sounds like you want this so I hope everything works out. Good Luck~~Keep us posted..

You can test as soon as five days before you expect your period however if you read the instructions you'll find out that the closer you test to when your period is expected the less likely that you'll get a false negative. Good luck.
