I don't thinks so, I like macaroni and cheese, but I don't eat it often. Rice is Asians "bread". They have it with almost every meal.

no, i do love macaroni and cheese but the last time i had it was like a month ago, its not something we make all the time, i don't think American white people have one certain food we stick with, many of us like all different kinds of food, mainly because we come from all different kinds of European ancestry that had wide variations of food

Not to me...much prefer spaghetti homemade style with garlic bread. Lots of hamburger, onions, mushrooms, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce along a bunch of tomato sauce all fried together and then mixed in with the cooked noodles....mmmmm. I can live off of a big pot of that for days...yeah!
