I was wondering when trying to conceive does the egg go to both ovaries and if not which one does the egg normally goes too

The egg doesn't go to the ovary. The egg comes from the ovary. It becomes fertilized in the fallopian tube then goes down into the your uterus for implantation.

And which ovary the egg comes from really varies depending on the person. For some the egg always releases from the same ovary for others it takes turns coming from the left or the right.

When you ovulate the egg is released which is most cases is one egg but obviously can be more than one. It can vary from which ovary it is released from. It can vary from month to month.

Only one ovary and it's random.

It can be from either, there's no "normal".
