best way forward is to get on a training course, why not go for a landscape gardner or something along those lines. Check out your local college and have a talk with there advisors on getting yourself some qualifications, you'll find a job easier that way and you never know you m,ght find a course that you have on the job training aswell, and you might get offered a job at the end of it. Good Luck.

Go to an Agency and get yourself signed up with them. You will need a CV possibly, but they will help you with that.
