No humans are not CONTROLLED by energy.
To sat that is like saying that a car is controlled by petrol (or gas
Energy comes from glucose in sugar and carbohydrates which we eat.
Humans are controlled by the brain. Some things are 'autonomic' like your heart beating, and some things are a conscious choice.
We control ourselves because we can think and make choices.
Energy is the fuel that allows us to live and move.

The simple answer is yes.
We are controlled by diet, politics, religion, opinions, and the state of the environment, plus what others tell us!
This is a good question, but do we respond to positive energy, or negative energy?
