Depends. Is it something that needs to be dealt with with black magic? Hell, magic is magic. There are no repercussions of karma, except the road you take enevitably(sp) leads to an ending. If all you do is "black" magic, that's a problem. same with "white" magic too, but in a different way. ;) Some problems, that are very difficult, can be solved with any magic-just make sure you know why and understand things can go wrong, just because.

I believe that all things are possible when the right person and the right mind is in progress. You will however have to define what exactly you mean by difficult problems. If you are speaking of things like world hunger and crime, petty and worldwide, then the thing to solve that is clean hearts and clear conscious.
Even if the bigger people in the world had the will to do it i do not think that they will because they will use this new found power to steal more from the poor and give to the already rich.

It can't. Assuming it even works, it only gives "solutions to simple problems, procuring riches, getting at enemies, that kind of stuff, and generally not very wholesome solutions.
the really difficult problems you will face when the crows your black magic has scattered come home to roost, and whatever entities you've resorted to want to get paid for service..

black magic is when your trying to harm another person or break the laws of nature or fate.be careful my grandfather warned me when you do things like that it will come back three fold on you and its the truth, it does, karma can be a biatch and it can come back to bit you in the @ss. so try white magic and abide the laws of fate and nature or you risk haveing your soul tainted with by bad spirits because when you do black magic your body is not gaurded unless you know how and also bad things could happen to you as a result of karma.

No. Black magic is a distraction sent by the devil to get people into even deeper trouble than they were in in the first place. Black magic takes you away from God and away from God there is no peace.

remember that a programme based on windows will work in windows platform only.so a prson who believes much in black magic can easily cured trough black magic.the reality is different,this is nothing but hypnosis in negative attitude.i can chalenge you this is only a hysterical disorder.no medicine can cure this.but through education and hypnotic counselling this can be cured.there are large no. of cases i have cured.this will be shown among the people.no one has shown this symptom when they were alone.

No - and in fact is likely to creates more problems than it resolves... if by "black magic" you mean "magic done that harms or is negative to others".

i believe that black magic could solve the most difficult problems but i not believe but CONFIRM that it will create an even more complicated problems after U solve ur difficult problems...

I have known a number of people who were into black magic. After a period of time, every one of them succumbed to paranoia.
