For the plastic parts Greased Lightening and for the glass screen Windex as far as the Keyboard put a dab of Greased Lightening on a rag and clean each little key individually (being very careful not to get any of the liquid down inside the keyboard) I use this all the time on my computers.

You can buy compressed air in a can to blow the dust out of the insides - that's good for computers, gas fires and a lot of thing. An anti-bacterical is good for the outside - because bacteria breaks down dust to a dirt that is harder to remove. The cleaners you get from maplin - they do loads of other stuff like parts too.

I use a vacuum cleaner to get the big stuff, then I take everything out and use a keyboard vacuum to clean the dust out of the heatsinks and other hard to reach places once they are out of the case. Make sure you are grounded before doing any work!!
