the payment happens in the presence of our witnesses and they will sign providing that they are there when the mayment has made.

We hereby certify that the aforementioned payment has been transacted in our presence.

Don't say knowledge, it makes it sound like someone may be trying to trick someone.
Capitalize We, take out the comma, beeb should be been.
Never say "has been occurred"-- it's not gramatically correct. You can say "has occurred", but this still sounds awkward. "Has incurred" sounds more professional, and is grammatically correct.

Why would there be a comma after we unless you were defining what we was? Capitalize the W in we. Change the word occured to something else. I guess the word recieved would work.

if someone has owes you id say" on this date, the party mentioned below has agreed to pay (what it is) until such monies has been paid." You dont always have to use big words....just say "on the date below i (your name) have loaned(their name) "the amount" and that have agreed. to pay me(your name) back at a certain time and date. Plain English usually works best....if theres any penalties if they dont pay back in time you can put that there also....
