The World's first Cricket Umpire was Curtis Alexander Reid of Australia.
He umpired the first ever test match played between Australia and England at Melbourne Cricket Ground, Australia from 15th to 19th March 1877.
The other Umpire with him in that match was Richard Benjamin Terry of Australia.

Not sure since cricket history goes back centuries, however the cricket umpire with the most test is Steve Bucknor.

I don't know who is the first cricket umpire is, but Steve Bucknor has the most test matches (107)
