Yes -- my husband keeps his head shaved all the time.

Be careful, though, when the sun is very strong or if it's rainy or cold outside -- you may have to invest in some hats!

It's not healthy or unhealthy in most cases. It's a choice. If you live in an extreme climate, you need to take care -- cover well in cold weather or make sure you have sun block in th extremely sunny weather.

I suppose it might increase your risk of skin cancer on your scalp if you don't wear a hat outdoors...
