Visit the youtube website @ www.youtube.com. Click on sign up in the upper right hand corner. Complete the required info and you will recieve a confirmation email at the address you provided. Click on the confirmation link and you are a member.

U hit the button that says sign up and give them info and u are in ..its on the right hand corner

when you go on the site of youtube go over to where it says member login and then click on sign up.
