easy going, give good advices
love spending money
love beautiful things
dislike injustice
show understanding of the other person's point of view
trying to resolve any differences by compromise

The negative Libran character may show:
lazy, frivolity, flirtatiousness and shallowness.
It can be changeable and indecisive, impatient of routine, colorlessly conventional and timid, easygoing to the point of inertia, seldom angry when circumstances demand a show of annoyance at least; and yet Librans can shock everyone around them with sudden storms of rage.

Their characters are on the whole balanced, diplomatic and even tempered.

ooh! one of my favorite subjects. Libras (very very generally speaking) tend to be charming, diplomatic, awful at making any decision (we stress and overthink everything!), in love with love and most content when part of a functional relationship (at least in the beginning), but, if we feel like we are being ignored or taken for granted, we are quick to start wondering just how much greener the grass on the other side is. though we feel most balanced when in a relationship, we are usually tentative to committ. we'll dive headfirst into the courtship and the fluffy part, but when things get serious, we tend to get a little nervous.
we are usually attractive to the opposite sex, tend to be self indulgent and at times lazy.
we like our men to "baby" us a bit, put us on a pedestal, but we also reciprocate enthusiastically.
we are social, prone to harmless flirting daily, usually "girlie-girls" (Libra men are usually always nicely dressed and smell good too).
tendency to be flaky, but usually charming enough to get away with those little offenses.

ETA: the fairness and justice thing is a big trait too. if there's one thing that really lights a fire under our *** it's being witness to or HEAVEN FORBID victim of blatant, intentional injustice, especially if the receiving end is the "underdog". though i'm on the scorpio cusp, i'm such a libra. Libras also may feel jealousy at times, but would rather stick a pin in their eye than admit it. we are usually very good in careers that involve social work, events and promotion, or interior decorating. i think the reason we are the sign of "balance" is cuz we're always struggling to create the perfect one, not cuz we are so well adjusted and balanced. at least in my case. seems i'm always struggling to obtain balance and serenity in every aspect of my life. libra women also tend to be manipulative of men in getting them to do what we want, but oftentimes its not a conscious thing we DO (though i admit i do it on purpose sometimes), more like an invisible, unexplainable influence we secrete. haha Men seem to WANT to make us happy. (again, my own personal experience, but my best friend of twenty yrs is also a libra and has had the same experience with men). we go after challenges and bad boys though. i think until we're older and wiser, the boys that are tooooo nice just dont hold our interest. i'm at the age now that i appreciate a nice, square boy and actually hope some of his more logical and down to earth ways will rub off on me. at the very least, he can hold the string that is tied to the balloon that is me so that i dont float too far away.
we really just want peace and harmony.
