but after 03 mths she again mailed me saying sorry and again for friendship....

I THINK YOU SHOULD ACCEPT BUT YOU SHOULD TELL HER THAT IF SHE REALLY WANT'S TO REMAIN AS A GOOD FRIEND THEN FOREVER SHE SHOULD NEVER REPEAT IT AGAIN IF SHE REPEATS IT ONCE AGAIN THEN YOU ARE NEVER EVER GONNA SPEAK WITH HER.

Keep her deleted and ignore her messages she had her chance, odds are she was seeing some guy that was not man enough to accept her talking to another. so what do ya think she's gonna do when the next one comes

First of all you should ask her the reason. If you find it reasonable, forgive once and make her ur friend again. Sometimes such relationships turn out to be very rewarding.

Depends on if you forgive her for ditching you. it wouldn't be good for either of you going in to a friendship still angry with her.
You should really ask her why she did that to you first....If the answer isn't logical...move on.
