Is there a public rating system for bad judges?

We went before a judge last week who was rude, obnoxious and didn't even get the facts straight. How can we complain about him?

Go to the court's clerk office, and ask for a grievance form, and request a formal inquiry.

There should be but please report hin to your member of parliament.
