First, pre-treat any stains with something like Shout. Then, wash them in warm water, all By itself, with any brand of detergent with color-safe bleach. The trick is wash them alone so they don't pick up color or dirt from other items.

the best way to wash ur white jeans is put them in cold water with some bleach and vinegar and leave for about an hour then put them in the washing machine they wil come out looking new

Warm or cold water on delicate cycle (I prefer cold because I'm always afraid of shrinkage.) The clorox bleach pen is a lifesavor for white jeans and all of those little spots that never come out with just detergent.

i will tell ypou what i do. Put then in the mashine ans put a bit of bleach and wash in earm water you would be so happy don't worry thjat will do the trick
