1. Separate the tasks into priorities (1,2,3...)
2. Determine which of the highest priorities are directly revenue (customer) related. They would be first
3. For all high priority tasks, what can you delegate? What can you separate into smaller unit tasks that help achieve the goal?
4. Are all of the tasks that are 'top' priority all incumbent on you to complete? Are there other 'deliverables' which must happen before you accomplish your part?

last but not least...
when faced with multiple high priority tasks, ask your boss to prioritize them.

The first thing to do is to complete the task that is most important on your list for the day, and try to multitask in a sufficient time frame. The reason they are asking that is to see how you can perform under pressure. Another wards pick your battles. Just remember you are only one person so make a list and go from there. good luck.

You determine Priorities by the most urgent first. If they are all equally urgent then you apply the 80/20 rule. That is which task will produce the greatest result with the least effort
