both i guess..every guy has certain physical features which he finds attractive..without that initial chemistry chances are you won't even start chatting..but ultimately it's the personality that seals the deal..

At first it might be looks, but for long term attraction, overall personality matters.

Well I always prefer personality over looks. Looks can be decieving but one's true personality aren't.
