i will ask somebody to sign a paper and in the end it state like this

(signature above name)

then he wiil write his name and sign above his name...

You may want to put two lines down to avoid any confusion.
____________________
(Print Name)
____________________
(Signature)

This is what I've done in the past when I need to make sure that I get a printed name and a signature.
