Tell him it looks like a "ladies area"!
My mates gran told him that she had hair like that - but not on her face, when he grew a goatee. Thats enough to put anyone off! Not what you expect from your Nana!

Think asking him to shave it off for charity is a great idea, maybe set a target of £500.00 as soon as the sponsor ship hits £500 he shaves of the beard...... just remember he can grow it back though!
Maybe he has sensitive skin or problems shaving and doesn't want to admit it..... why not ask a question hear on yahoo for shaving advice and show him the answers?

You could all tweak his beard everytime you talk to him; say, "I just can't resist!" But everyone has to do it. He'll get sick of it and shave it off or grow a full beard.
We did this with a friend of mine's brother, and it worked. We would either tweak it or tickle his chin.
BTW it's "goatee".

why bother persuading him when alcohol can do the Job for you.
Get him completely rat arsed and then attack him with a beard trimmer. Easy!

Raise money for a kids charity, and ask him to shave it off. An if were'nt shave it off for that then there is no answer or any way he wil do it

I'm sorry but do you honestly feel that you have a right to inflict your opinions on someone else to the degree that you are telling him to shave because you don't like it,,,if I was him I would tell you ,,,"If you don't like what you are looking at,,,don't look"
