Like in a workplace. Does a Filipino employee is treated differently from an arab or indian employee?

Many filipinos work in Bahrain , mostly filipinas though as restaurant waitresses, or hair salons etc.
They all are safe , Bahrain is a safe place to live in , many Americans who come abroad here speak that they feel safer here than at their homes.
Crimes exist everywhere however, and so does discrimination. So do not be surprised if you are not treated as equal to a local in some business.

Women are treated like crap there. It's an Arab country. Oh, and non-Muslims aren't exactly safe, either.
