You'll first need to record the DVD soundtrack to your PC. Try using an audio application like Goldwave (www.goldwave.com) to produce a wav file of the DVD audio. depending on your sound card set-up, you'll have to play the DVD and start recording a new audio file at the same time in goldwave. Then you just need to convert this file to an mp3 file to be able to transfer it to your player.

dvd's not for mp3 player... you need a mp4 player

you dont, most mp3 players play MP3's DUH not dvd's thats why they invented dvd players!!!
