Do not take anything unless you consult a doctor. Even though it is natural it may contain herbs that could possibly cause you to miscarriage. I read some things regarding this in the past. Sorry if I am worrying you, but this is a very delicate time in your life and I know you want to do the right things to have a healthy baby.
Good luck.

I will not say weather it is save or not.But whatever you take feeds the baby too. Some people suffer from diabetic and other elements bec of pregnecy. U may not have it but during this time i think you must take care of what you eat. If you crave for sweet go for the one with the least preasative.Pls read lables on all food that you take. good luck to you
