To be honest with you, now is not the time that I would worry about being energetic. Now is the time to have as much rest as humanly possible because when that baby comes along, it does need a lot of energy. Especially if this is your first. Eat right, lots of fruit, vegies and lean meats (if you're not vegetarian or vegan) and go for a gentle half an hour walk daily - empthasis on the gentle - and really take it as easy as you can.

i do not imagine you need to have a D&C till you already know why he thinks he desires to scrape out the interior of your uterus. no matter if that's enlarged, there would properly be a number of motives, which includes being pregnant. possibly you elect a 2d opinion. I had a Dr. that informed me my uterus develop into enlarged and made it look like a dire emergency, he had to do a Hyterectomy ASAP, properly, i presumed him, and after interpreting the biopsy of my uterus, there develop into no longer some thing incorrect. He destroyed any possibilities I had of having better babies (which i wanted, as develop into in hardship-free words married a million month). some Dr.'s do not diagnose, they basically scrape and decrease. ensure you aren't to any extent further pregnant first!! strong success

Water and iron- try getting the liquid sachets you put in water or juice, the tablets are rank. Once you hit about 34 weeks or so, your nesting syndrome should kick in....i was once caught puuling out the refridgerator to clean behind it at 38 weeks pregnant and at about 4am!

I don't think there's any possible way to feel energetic. I never had any energy when I was pregnant.

Try eating more fruits and vegtables. Sometimes being tired is part of being pregnant. Also, have your Dr check your hemoglobin. If this is low, you will be tired. This happend to me and i increased my red meat intake and took iron supplements. It worked.

Maternity vitamins. If that does not do it, just lay down and relax. Your body is really using up a lot of calories and energy to create that beautiful baby you are making anyway...
