You're normal, I have the same addiction. Dreams are ways to solve everyday problems, if you know how to interpret them and apply 'em to your daily life. I had the same thing happening to me a while back, I had this sexy dream and i woke up in the middle of the night to go pee, and then I return back in the bed, somehow I started thinking about the dream and I try to get back to the last dream and I did, I ended up finishing my dream! I can't tell you all the details but it was delightful.
I am obsessed with dream that I have started writing them in a book. This is my 5th. book now.

I AM TOO!! I had a lucid sort of dream once where I was visited by somebody...it may sound weird but she gave me a lot of information about life that has even changed my whole perspective on life...Ever since then I feel my dreams have all sorts of meanings to help guide me

my guess is that you are slightly depressed...that is how I tend to get sometimes, it is easier to lay in bed and dream what you were dreaming then get up...I might talk to some close friends, family maybe, (not about the problem with the dreams, but for some good laughs) you need to find some thing that is better in the waking world, something worth getting out of bed for and then your problem will go away

Oh, it also happened to me. What I did was to recall every detail and try to go back to sleep hoping for the continuation, ha,ha,ha,ha! Sometime, I just invent for its continuation with a happy ending ;)
