Soak the area in paint thinner or try a product called OOPs!! Oops works on other surfaces too! D

you can try Oops, it'll take most any paint out, but, being oil based and dried, there are no guarantee.

Would try Spray&Wash first, then terpintine, and dry cleaner as last resort. Unless it's a high quality fabric, then I'd go to dry cleaner first.
