I'm just begining to use computers. And I was just wondering, is it possible to hook up 2 or 3 or even 10 CPU's to make one super computer?

You can buy a two, or a four-CPU computer in CompUSA or Best Buy nowadays.
Most large web services (like yahoo or google) are using 64- or even 128-cpu boxes.
Some huge database engines go even higher than that.

Some computers mostly servers have motherboards that support two processors. It makes the computer faster but not double as fast.
