If I was 10 and younger I would be the most popular kid in school!!!! From the age of 11 and 12, I would keep it to myself. By 13 I would have asked him to quit the job. lol

Even though ( I must confess) I don't eat at McDonald's, I wouldn't be a bit embarrassed. I would be proud that my father was well known and much loved by millions of children around the world. I would hope that he didn't live in the clown suit 24-7. It would definitely make funerals and weddings different.

My grandmother was friends with the first Ronald Mc Donald in the Greater Cleveland Area. He used to have a trailer that he used for dressing and magic tricks when he traveled.... he used to give us all kinds of McDonald toys that no one else ever had. It was cool to know him

Hey, my ex's mother dated the original Ronald McDonald guy!! I would not be embarrassed and would kick anyone's a** if they made fun of me--- *Just because I'm a clown's son, doesn't mean I can take a joke*....
