My wife has been living away from me based on flimsy / non existing grounds and doesnot want to talk to me. I belive the first corse of action is restoration of congigual rights. Can anyone guide me on the corse of action required.

y u r interested to restore yr congigual rights? if she is away from u, u try to go to her place & c the results. If she still does n't want to live with u, there is a rule in Indian laws under which u can file a suit against yr wife,,,, but supposed if u win the case and court orders yr wife to stay & live with u and she does not comply with the orders & not starts living with u nobody can force her.... execution of court's order is quite impossible.... hence my sincere suggestion is to leave her & go for any other option i.e. life partner......OK

If your wife is seperated from you, with out any valid reason, as per conjugal rights you can file a case on the competent court, through your lawyer, she should come and live with you in 15 days, as per court order.
If she has the Valid reason then u need to take her to councellor. Incase she is not agreeing to meet councellor also, if she got seperated from you for 2 years you can file divorce on the ground of desertion.

The first course of action should be a pshyco doc dude you need one you have definite issues with control....its pretty bad when a man throws a tantrum at losing the punani.....and then you throw all your business on blast like that like were supposed to say yeah man you should take it to court youll probably win.....like a judge on this planet is going to issue an order like that be serious.....what do you want me to come down and hold her down for you...what a loser...L

You have to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in a District Court or Family Court in the last place where both of you resided together.

if you plan to force your wife to be with you, i would say you have an issue with power.( which you don't have now,) and hopefully, for your wife, you never will.
