According to me English songs r ruling the hindi songs. The base of almost all hindi songs r going to English.Even we've good songs in Hindi but now a days remix of every song has shown that Most of the people like to listen to English Songs.

Hindi Songs are far more popular. Kajra Re was a chart topper in the UK for a year and had the pubs grooving to it. Think of one English song which did that in India

i think both r equally meaningful.some people may not understand the english songs so they think that hindi songs r best but its all upto u .like sometimes i like 2 hear hindi and i think there would b no song better than this ,but sometimes its the opp.so u know what i mean!

i don't think so that english songs r ruling hindi songs o vice verse ,its all depends what type of music do u want to listen,like here in Italy one hindi song is became so famous almost Italian known that songs. if u listen carefully hindi music its meaningful.
