It probably has nothing to do with finding your g-spot. You should check with a doctor to make sure you don't have a yeast infection or another infection, just in case. Your PH may have just become out of balance and that's why you are itching. Don't itch, you will just make yourself sore. Make sure you wear loose fitting cotton panties or none at all and a skirt.
Your G-spot is about two to four inches inside the top of your vagina. It will be a little "rougher" then the so surrounding area. Some girls can have powerful orgasms from the g-spot, some don't feel much at all.
