Well hopefully all of them, as education is compulsory up till the age of 16 in the UK. Parents can be prosecuted for not sending their kids to school.
We have both fee paying and state funded schools over here. Same as America.
Our system is different to America though. There is no "Graduation" from school and you don't have to stay till 18 to "finish", your schooling - its acceptable to leave at 16 or 17 if you like.
But they still have to go by law until they're at least 16.
Sadly many are persistent truants and spend their time hanging round shopping centres, shoplifting and making a bloody nuisance of themselves.

May be it should be "How many kids "should" attend School in the UK"
Most are wandering about the street or in amusement arcades
