You fit the TV card into oe of the PCI slots inside your main machine box, not to the monitor. It's very simple to install. Hauppauge make excellent and cheap cards, with remote controls to work the computer just like a TV. You can then have full-screen tv, or picture in picture on your desktop while you work. About £75 or 120 dollars will buy you a top of the range tv/radio setup, with recording to hard drive facilities too. Good luck.

It is not possible to put a TV card in these - or ANY monitor. The TV card goes inside your computer, not inside the monitor. Then the monitor cable attaches to the TV card.

If you have a desktop, look and see if you have any unused slots on the back of the computer. They will normally have a long, narrow metal filler you can remove to open the slot and allow the card to show through. If you have an empty slot, you can add a TV card into that slot.

Make sure you write down the specifications of your PC, processor speed, amount of memory, etc. before going to the store to purchase a card. That way you can be sure your PC is powerful enough to run the card you pruchase.
