i was on wikipedia and i was looking at the acids and there is an acid called aqua regia. it is a mix of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.

Yes. but it has no effect on the radioactivity. The ions continue to be radioactive. Remember, chemical reactions do not affect the nucleus.

Sure it can, depending on the exact isotopes and acids you are dealing with.

However, the solution would remain radioactive, as you've done absolutely nothing to the nucleus of the radioactive atoms . . .
