The first UN Secretary General was Trygve Lie of Norway. He became the secretary general on February 02, 1946 and resigned from his post on November 10, 1952.

And the post is assgned to a person from any country. The new one will be from South Korea

The secretary general cannot be from a first world country i believe. He certainly cannot be from one of the 5 permanent members of the security counsel. Talk about dangerous if he was!

The saddest element about this remark is that i'm unable to bear in mind something awesome that President Clinton did throughout his 8 years in workplace. Oh settle for the kinfolk go away act, and Monica Lewinski, Jennifer flora and on and on. besides, i do not agree.
