Personally, I like the old swinging saloon door from Westerns.

I think french doors are pretty. Old swinging Western doors have a certain rustic appeal though. But I prefer doors that can hold their own and won't swing... you know, the kind that you have to shut behind you. I don't like the way swinging doors slam.... unless of course you're in a Western, and then it's okay. My cat really likes screen doors. She's not allowed outside, so I guess it's the closest she can get. She sits in front of them all day watching squirrels run past.
