Who is Bob Bones, and has any one else spotted any stickers?

I have been seeing various stickers round and about the uk, mainly london, coventry and cambridge with 'Bob Bones' on it, it sometimes has a web adress onit and i manly see them on public transport orin bars and clubs, anyone got a clue?
