Where is the leak? Don't use it unless you don't plan to keep the vehicle or you intend to change the engine soon. Most oil seals can be repaired rather esialy if it's the valve covers, just change the gaskets. If it's the front main seal or rear main seal the addatives won't work there,, most of the other places on the block or oil pan can be tightened out.
btw,, leak,, stuff.

Is it a V8? Some MB V8s have a habit of leaking oil toward the rear of the engine. If you are obsessive about these things, fix it with new gaskets. Otherwise, leave it alone and put a sheet of cardboard down under your usual parking spot.

Don't put "stuff" into the engine oil. It will clog fine oil passages in the motor and you will go from a minor oil leak to no motor at all in quick time.

Engine oil leaks are always a nuisance/problem? If its a diesel engine then you'll never stop them completely! Mercedes are well engineered, most assemblies are rebuildable so its only a question of affording or wanting to "fix" a problem. I never recommend "stop" additives! Fix it right or keep adding oil! Good luck!
