ADHD is characterised by rapid speed of thought so no I really don't think so. I could walk to the moon and back in the time it takes him to get out the words. And how long exactly does he need to be in office before he can say the word nuclear properly.

No, ADHD is a convenient label for the use of social workers etc. many of the symptoms you give could be attributed to any number of people in different combinations. You are unique as we all are, just accept who and what you are, be happy and get on with life without worrying about pointless labels

I'd say not but then I feel there are a lot of kids (and people) out there that are diagnosed or claim to have ADHD when they don't. I suffer from many of the above sysmptoms but can usually think of reasons for them apart from claiming ADHD.
Have you tried changing your diet, eating more healthily, exercising etc?

It is entirely possible that you do and now your son may also but as you know some of us are better at handling the symptoms and overcome to be functioning adults without intervention however if the problems are impeding with his ability to learn then seek help for him. As far as you are concerned treatment may not be warented as it seems that you can focus and overcome the symptoms. reaper out.......

Sounds like it, yeah, but if things in your life are going smoothly, it's nothing to worry about.
As people get older, they get better at dealing with their ADHD.
