Focus on categories that you are good at and answer the questions as best you can. You will get 2 points for answering a question and if your answer is selected as the Best Answer, you will get 10 points.

Good question, and all of the answers are right. One thing that I'll add is that if you do ask a question, make sure that you choose a best answer instead of letting the question expire and go to vote. You get 3 of your points back just by choosing a best answer.

Don't ask too many questions because they can reduce your points heaps. answer a lot of questions and also vote for other questions as well.
