It's fine. The only foods you shouldn't eat are raw foods that should be cooked or pasteurized. Like raw eggs, which can cause salmonella. You shouldn't have unpasteurized milk or cheese (like feta). It's okay for you but can harm the baby. Since quiche's are cooked they should be fine.

of course it is, provided you are not allergic to any of the ingrediance. Will probably give you bad wind though! Enjoy your pregnancy :o)
