The only option is to take the rat to the vet, do not use nail polish remover, the acetone can be deadly to rats if licked or can cause breathing problems if inhaled. I can understand your logic to use superglue, but the glue used to heal wounds is completely different. Superglue really stings on wounds comapared to healing glue. I'm surprised your rat didnt bite you when you put it on.
Whilst waiting for the vets appointment I would try and pick off as much as you can with your fingers, try not to let her groom herself, who knows what kind of damage superglue could do to her stomach.

first of all, don't put superglue on your rat. take it to a vet or humane society, they can do more than you can. If think it has covered the private area, I would take it to a vet, call ahead make sure they see rats.

Yikes - I think you need to go to a professional about this. Not being able to pee will kill your rattie within a couple of days in a slow painful way. Go see a vet - your rat will thank you.

I think it was John Lennon that sang "Let it be". It will come off by itself in time. No stress to the pet.
