This is what happened according to your information, 'react completely'.
If the ratio is not right (say 1.42 : 2.00), than the product of the reaction is the third gas and the remaining of the second gas (0.20 l). This is what happened if it didn't 'react completely'
The volume of the third gas can be calculated, if you provided more information on the gases.

YES, results will be accurate. I mean if you take some gas and react it with another to get a third..then you're experiment is what it is = accurate. But if you try the same experiment again and you get a different gas or something else entirely, then the experiment is simply NOT "PRECISE." Accuracy is just the correct answer for what you are doing. Precision is if you can repeat the same answer; whether its right or wrong (accurate).

If the chemist knows the input chemicals and there relative mixture ratios he can make the claim of complete reaction.
However no process is ever truly complete.

this could be correct because u've used the word 'react' that means some energy eas gained or loss and when this takes place an entirely new compound is formed........as far as the question of volume is concerned, it depends upon the nature and the reactivity series of different elements!
