There's lots of shops around now selling crystals, both online and offline. Do a search and you can find shops local to you and also the online shops. There's also eBay which has some nice examples of crystals too.

Jewellery shops will have some of the commoner crystals already set into jewellery but they are often very expensive because the quality of the stone is higher.
