I live and love dangerously as a dahlia on its way to a slow and painful death.....
I suck the marrow out of life and I also observe the ten second rule as opposed to the five second rule....
I use pinking shears to remove price tags from clothing items at stores, and I make sure to eat all the silica gel packets I find in shoeboxes, and if I've had my fill, I save them for another day when I'm hungry and without a bite to eat.

Eating out of date food isn't exactly what I'd call living on the edge. More of a food-poisoning wish. Hang-gliding or parasailing would be something I would want to do that I would call living a little on the edge! Or walking a tightrope between 2 skyscrapers?

I got some headcheese, I've named it Harold, in the back of my fridge that's about 4 months past it's sell by date. (like you can actually tell with headcheese, but anyhoo...) I'm actually afraid to touch it for fear he will bite back or like ooze or something. So if you really like living on the edge, feel free to pop round and help yourself.

Very much so...I save everything to eat just after the expiration date, in addition to removing the tags on pillows and blankets that warn specifically not to be removed by consumer - I remove them all in the store with a pair of pinking shears I carry in my pocket!

Try drinking milk one day past its sell-by date...
Now THAT is hardcore.
*pats your head*
You have so much to learn.
