Depends on what you want to do. Running fiber within a building is different than boring or plowing fiber into the ground.

If there's already conduit in the ground, a good crew can blow fiber in for $5-6/ft. To bore it in can run from $15-1000/ft (or significantly more) depending on what's in the way, and if there's anything tricky to be done.

Fiber zip cord (2 strand fiber for patch cords) can be as low as $2/ft.
