SPIDER-MAN IS MARVELS FLAGSHIP CHARACTER but depending on whom appears in whoms book that one would have the edge. Just like the sentry is supposed to be the most powerful marvel character then ironman drops him in his book.

The web-slinger is stonger cuz he has about the same strength as Cap and is far more agile. Besides he has his spider-sense, wall-crawling and web-shooting abilities. What does Cap have? The shield? Moreover Spidey is one of the most popular heroes of the Marvel Universe, while Captain America is not even a hero, just bad propaganda.

Spiderman by miles - Cap is a slightly augmented human, Spidey is very much stronger, quicker and more agile - cooler too.

i think of hulk and team jus as a results of fact hulk beat wolverine many circumstances batman can attempt magneto yet some one has to tell him bout metallic yet he nevertheless has 2 extra human beings to back him up hulk, can bypass after magneto nd spidetman can decide for capt if batman loses

Sorry folks....
Captain America is "harder". The guy is willing to do what he thinks is necissary despite what others think. Take his role in "Civil War"... or his time as "Nomad".... he stays true to his convictions. Plus he is willing to kill, even if it is reluctantly.... something Spider-man doesn't do.
